Looking at Mr.Annamalai's health, we find it to be a bit fragile. One reason could be that he was impacted by Covid a year ago. Generally, immunity level of a person is bound to drop, if Covid strikes. That's what the doctors tell. We find that could be a possible cause. He must stay masked for the BJP's own good as a lot is at stake during the upcoming Parliamentary elections. He has a lot to prove and take the BJP past the finishing line. Why Annamalai needs to be thick skinned in Politics
Hi Friends, welcome to our channel. Looking at the current war of words between the BJP and ADMK after the latter announced a breakup, it just shows folks at the BJP end should be thick skinned to survive in Politics. The Provocation came from the ADMK side after nearly 2 weeks after the first salvo was fired from the BJP side. However the reaction from ADMK side was right after their leader E.Palanisamy returned from Delhi after talks with the BJP's central leadership. The ADMK wants to bargain tough and this could be one googly bowled by it. The words used by ADMK were not right and the BJP reaction could have been to let the folks at the lower rung react to it. Annamalai also should react less as his goal should be to get maximum number of Lok Sabha MP's from Tamilnadu. He just needs to remember the words from the Bhagavad Geetha, "You are kept away from your goal by a clear path from a lesser goal!" We therefore want the BJP to remind itself about this and continue in Politics! Jai Hind!
Hi Friends, welcome to our channel. This is a short video on why the ADMK broke off it's alliance with the BJP all of a sudden. This happened right after their leader E.Palanisamy's return from Delhi. It is pretty obvious that ADMK wants to act tough and ensure that the BJP doesn't demand more than 5 seats. What we hear is that the BJP wanted at least 30% of total seats which accounts to at least 15 seats. Out of this, the BJP may want to contest at least 8-10 seats and leaving the rest to it's allies, including the PMK. The ADMK wants to play tough as more than the DMK, the ADMK doesn't want the BJP to grow. It does know the BJP is trying to corner the anti DMK votes and doesn't want to give any leverage to the BJP. The tough stance that the ADMK appears to have taken is due to Annamalai's utterances against the late Chief Minister C.N.Annadurai. What he spoke were facts about Annadurai which also held the late Pasumpon Muthu Rama Linga Thevar in high esteem too. However no one wants to hear the truth and that's what happened in that case. The ADMK's calculation is if they jettison BJP, they can attract the Communists, Congress and VCK. Then that alliance would become strong. However that's still a tough proposition. The VCK might come out to get more seats. However time is still short. One other reason that #EPS is against Annamalai is that he doesn't want a powerful person to emerge from his caste. Why Tamilnadu needs to thank Jayalalithaa on TASMAC:
Hi Friends, welcome to our channel. Well, this is a short video on the recent hooch tragedy in Gujarat. Some 40 people have lost their lives. In this connection, we also want to look at the steps that the former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa took to circumvent such happenings way back in 2004 itself. Although boozing/drinking is not a good practice, lives are also important. In this connection, we need to look at her actions also and why we feel Gujarat needs to do a re-think on Prohibition and why we feel Annamalai himself may not have a complete solution to implement Prohibition. In this Gujarat Hooch tragedy also, the bootleggers may get arrested and go to jail, but can it solve the problem? We are not supporting drinking. However, on the whole, drinking is not considered a seriously bad thing. In the Society itself people have started accepting social drinking as a common practice. Hence, implementing prohibition is easier said than done. Some 50 years ago, people who smoke or drink were looked upon, but now it is no longer a big taboo. However one problem in Tamilnadu is that boozing is not a common practice and people are sometimes becoming alcoholics. This should be curbed. If Tamilnadu Government tries to implement prohibition, then it would only spawn illicit brewing resulting in more deaths like what we saw in Gujarat hooch tragedy. There was also a similar tragedy in Punjab early last year when over 50 people lost their lives. People who are generally drinking more are those in the lower strata of society. For them, booze is a pain reliever where they drink at night and go to sleep. For the reason to remove illicit brewing, Jayalalithaa brought in TASMAC to brew legally and market it at it's outlets so that people can have quality(!) booze. This certainly has prevented people dying from consuming hooch. Karunanidhi took Jayalalithaa's efforts further and opened more TASMAC outlets all over the state. Now TASMAC is the biggest revenue generator for the Government. If TASMAC were not there, we can expect more illicit brewing resulting in hooch tragedies. We feel that prohibition is a failure in Gujarat itself. Hence, with boozing not considered a major social evil, we feel all states may need to a re-think on prohibition. They can preach prohibition right from school. Else, if they close liquor shops down and implement prohibition, it is only going to result in deaths. We feel better sense would prevail on states that are trying to implement prohibition. Again, we are not stressing that drinking is good, we are only stressing on the futility of implementing prohibition without changing the society as a whole. We hope you liked this video. Hi Friends, welcome to our channel Balikabalida Thalaivarda. This is a short video on why the tussle within the ADMK is directly or indirectly helping Annamalai BJP grow. Once Annamalai became leader, the DMK went on attacking him personally and has made him the leader and crowd puller he currently is. Not to be out done, the ADMK also has started playing its role in helping Annamalai grow. This is not by launching personal attacks, but by fighting within themselves. ADMK is in an alliance with the BJP. After the demise of Jayalalithaa, both O.Pannerselvam(OPS)and E.Palanisamy(EPS) took upon themselves the mantle of dual leadership which was very much needed as both OPS and EPS don't have the crowd pulling ability of Jayalalithaa who wielded tremendous power. By settling for dual leadership, both the leaders seem to have good arrangement. However, once EPS tried to take control of the party, OPS went to court and stopped the proceedings that were to make EPS as the sole leader of the ADMK. Most of the office bearers are with EPS. However, not to be outdone, OPS went to court and stopped the proceedings. However, he also needs to realize that a party cannot be run from Court. Both the leaders need to come to an understanding on their roles and not try to preempt each other. However, that is what is happening. What this tussle has resulted is that the letter signed by OPS couldn't be delivered on time to candidates who were standing in the local body elections. EPS camp opposed this. Without the symbol, AIADMK is not a party. The two leaves symbol is what has made the party what it is. What this would help Annamalai BJP is that they can gain more votes and eat into the vote share of ADMK. What we always need to remember is that there is a 30% anti DMK vote that needs to be harvested. MGR was adept in harvesting this and as long as he was alive, DMK couldn't even smell power. This type of obstacles created by ADMK for itself may get the cadres to get demoralized and move towards Annamalai who is fighting for People centric issues. Annamalai successfully brought out scandals that were about to occur in Aavin, TNEB, to name a few. With Annamalai gaining popularity, the ADMK cadres are likely to switch as they are fighting for the same consistuency. Unless ADMK is able to solve the power struggle soon, we can expect an exodus to the BJP. Let's wait and see.
