Why Bulldozers are needed in Yogi's UP. The blame on Yogi is that he is selectively targeting members of a community while using Bulldozers. However, we don't believe so. It is an immediate reaction from a Government when criminals try to hurt it or inflict injury on it. Here, in Yogi's case, he speaks with Bulldozers. That's the difference. He is returning the compliment. The law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh warrants it. Even though under Yogi it has improved a lot. Even now, whenever any candidate stands in an election, he is accorded security with two Policemen. At least in Tamilnadu it's not like that. Hence, in UP he has to do this. The accusation against Yogi is that he is targeting only
Muslims. In the recent damage to Railway property, Yogi has bulldozed illegal structures from one of the accused home. The argument is that the house belongs to his wife. So what? It's still illegal right? That's why Yogi demolished it. What everyone seems to have forgotten is the case of Vikas Dubey.
He was a notorious criminal who trapped and killed eight Policemen. Not to be outdone, Yogi immediately demolished Vikas' home and finally he was killed, trying to escape. When Vikas was killed, where were the Supreme Court Lawyers who are accusing Yogi of selectively targeting a community. As far as Yogi is concerned, he is paying back in the way he knows best. In a similar situation in Tamilnadu, when Government employees went on strike, the Police raided the homes at midnight and asked them to vacate their homes. Even though it might have been a bit harsh, that is what is to be expected from a Government. If Yogi is not doing this, it is very tough to control violence. If you take the agitation against Agni path, it was a bit less in UP as fear of bulldozers are there. Hence, as far as Yogi Adityanath is concerned, he is not targeting a specific community. He is only targeting criminals and bringing them under the purview of law. That's all.
