Hi Friends, welcome to our blog! Well, this is a short review of the Malayalam movie Kilometers and Kilometers. The movie was released in 2020 itself but I happened to see it only now. The story is written by Jeo baby. There are only a few characters in the movie. The length is around 2 hrs. However, I feel it could have been pruned a little bit to make it 1.5 hours of duration. The lead characters are Tovino Thomas as Josemon and India Jarvis as Cathy. The story revolves around the two of them. Josemon lives in his small town with his mother. His sister is studying to become a Nurse. Josemon struggles to make his ends meet, doing odd jobs and trying to keep his family afloat. He has a bike owned by father. It is very dear to him. At one point of time, he is prepared to sell it, to raise money. However, this is stopped by a hotel owner played by Appachan, who also happens to be his well wisher. Appachan puts up a deal, whereby Josemon should take around India, a tourist (Cathy) on his bike. He is promised a good amount to rid him off his debts. Initially Cathy and Josemon don't vibe well with each other. Cathy is a person who feels Money can bring everything. Josemon is someone who appreciates relationships more and loves his family. During their travel, they are robbed off their belongings, with Cathy losing her passport and Jose his luggage. What happens next, makes for some interesting viewing. It is really an eye opener for those who feel money is everything. I really liked the movie and it's ending. It is definitely worth a watch! Please go ahead!
