The Super Star title is generally reserved for actors who are liked by Children. even though Kalaipuli Thanu gave the Title as Super Start for the movie Bhairavi, Thalaivar became a Super Star only after Annai Oru Aalayam. This movie was released in 1979, after Bhairavi. This was the II movie that Thalaivar acted in a Devar films movie. The Story is about how Thalaivar unites an Elephant calf with it's mother.
