Hi Friends, this is a short video on why NEET exam is necessary. You might have seen in the recent videos/news about the AK Rajan committee report on NEET. They have submitted to satisfy the DMK's requirements. They have recommended that NEET b abolished. However, we feel that NEET is here to stay. DMK came to power that NEET would be abolished. However, it realized on coming to power that it is easier said than done. All courts have ruled favorably towards NEET and even the Supreme court has refused to abolish NEET. It granted only a year's exemption for NEET. Subsequent to that students have been taking NEET and have come out successful. If we look at how DMK tried to abolish NEET is that it was right after the exams got over this year.  That way, people would think that NEET has been abolished while there is a year to fight court cases and do some politics and pretend that the ball is in the central government's court. Nothing of that is going to happen. NEET was brought in by the Congress government was to strengthen the medical system.
